Osmund Fretz III (Oz) attended the United States Naval Academy from which he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. He then proudly served our country for six years in the United States Marines. Oz joins B2B Workforce with a tremendous amount of leadership experience. In 1976 he joined Price Waterhouse as an IT Consultant specializing in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation. Price Waterhouse named him partner in their consulting practice in 1985. Mr. Fretz later joined IBM (as part of the acquisition of Price Waterhouse Coopers) as VP of Sales for the consulting group. After 32 years of service and commitment to excellence with Price Waterhouse/IBM, Oz retired in 2007. Following his retirement in 2007, Oz joined Randstad Professional Services as a Strategic Consultant in 2008 and was named the president of B2B Workforce (a Randstad Company) in August 2011.

Cynthia Jackson has been with B2B since 2003 working first as a consultant and becoming
a full-time Program Manager in 2004. She has held various roles at B2B over the
past 7 years. As VP of Operations she has direct responsibilities for six teams
including IT, Marketing, Contracts, Client Service Representatives, Vendor Management
and Office Administration. As VP of Operations she works with all divisions in the
organization to ensure our customers' contract terms and Service Level agreements
are met. Cynthia graduated from Spelman College with a B.S. in Biology.

Chris joined B2B Workforce in 2004 with over 7 years of Information Technology experience
during which he has led both National Accounts and Industry verticals. During his
time with B2B Workforce, Chris has sold ERP Consulting Services in both the Commercial
and Public Sectors and has led a National Account team as well as our Public Sector
Practice. He began his career in Financial Service Sales and now leads B2B's Sales
efforts. He has a BA in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University as well as an MBA
in Management from Georgia State University.

Tom joined B2B in 2005 with over 8 years in the Technical Services Industry, specifically
within roles of accounting management and back-office system development and integration.
He was also Project Manager and Implementation Consultant with a mid-market HRIS
HR and Payroll Software Company. He began his career as an auditor in the Manufacturing
and Paper Printing Industry. Tom is an active Georgia CPA and received his BS in
Accounting from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa.

Heather joined B2B Workforce in 2002 and currently serves as the Director of Human
Resources. She began her
career in the staffing industry as a Recruiter at Aerotek, followed by holding Corporate
Recruiting roles to help add top talent and manage Recruiting Operations for industry
leaders such as Radiant Systems, Nortel Networks, and Siebel Systems. Heather graduated
from Auburn University and is an active member of SHRM.

Mark joined B2B in 2002 as a contractor and became the full-time Director of IT
in 2005. As the head of the IT Department, Mark has direct responsibility for managing
all of the IT staff and contractors and oversees the maintenance and improvement
of all IT infrastructure including servers, phones, PC's and Blackberries. After
college, Mark parlayed his communications skills and the computer savvy he had developed
as a hobbyist, into a Technical Support position with Lotus Development Corporation.
From there, Mark joined VCG Software, a software development company that makes
software for the Staffing Industry. While there, Mark grew the company by creating
diverse departments and expanding them as business needs grew. Mark is a graduate
of the University of South Carolina with a BA in English and has been a computer
enthusiast/professional for over 25 years.

Tony joined B2B Workforce as Vice President in 2011 and holds multiple leadership
responsibilities including developing the Company's business development strategy,
identifying and driving new and emerging growth markets and channels, leading B2B's
Solution Architect Program and Solution Development Labs, and strengthening overall
client relationships and satisfaction. He has over 20+ years of technology and consulting
experience most recently at SAP where he served as Vice President, North America
leading the Financial Services, Healthcare, and Retail Industry consulting organizations.
He began his career at Accenture where he spent over six years successfully delivering
projects in ERP, CRM, Business Transformation, and Change Management. Tony earned
his Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech.
