million in revenue. Prior to B2B Workforce, Brad was the Managing Director for a national IT services firm's SAP & Siebel division. Brad lives in Alpharetta, GA with his wife Lynn and their 2 daughters Abby and Chloe.

| Ted is the Chief Operating Officer with B2B Workforce. He oversees recruiting operations and vendor management as well as client development. Prior to joining B2B, Ted was the Southeastern Division President for ACSYS, a national Information Technology and Finance staff augmentation firm. Ted began his career with Deloitte and Touche as a CPA. He graduated from the University of Georgia. |

| Tom joined B2B with over 8 years in the Technical Services Industry, specifically within roles of accounting management and back-office system development and integration. He was also Project Manager and Implementation Consultant with a mid-market HRIS HR and Payroll Software Company. He began his career as an auditor in the Manufacturing and Paper Printing Industry. Tom is an active Georgia CPA and received his BS in Accounting from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa. |

| Paul Gawryszewski, a 1984 graduate of the US Naval Academy, joined B2B Workforce from Siebel Systems where he last served as the “Resource Manager of the Americas” and was responsible for the staffing of Siebel implementations across North and Latin America. During his naval career Paul completed 4 major deployments overseas, held various positions including Combat Information Center Officer, Navigator and Operations Officer, and served on a frigate, ammunition ship as well as an aircraft carrier. Paul’s only shore tour saw him return to the Naval Academy as an instructor teaching navigation, leadership and engineering courses. His last tour of duty was as a Communications Officer for an Admiral during the 1st Gulf war where he was responsible for coordinating communications for the allied nations. After wrapping up his naval career Paul went to work for UNOCAL 76 as a Project Manager. Paul left UNOCAL 76 to join INDUS International as a Project Manger and later a Resource Manager. While at INDUS he completed several computerized material management system software implementations both in the United States and Canada across multiple verticals including pulp and paper, nuclear power, energy and metals and mining. Paul departed INDUS to accept a position of Resource Manager at Siebel Systems. While at Siebel he helped grow the South Eastern US Consulting practice from 60 consultants and $12 million in annual revenue to 155 consultants and $50 million in annual revenue. Ultimately Paul progressed to the position of Resource Manager of the Americas. Following his departure from Siebel Paul joined B2B as a Practice Manager responsible for the Siebel and eAI/BI practices. Currently Paul and Keith Will co-manage the combined Oracle practice, which includes Oracle, Peoplesoft, Siebel and eAI/BI. The practice includes 7 recruiters, 3 product specialists, and a delivery manager. The Oracle combined practice had over 200 consultants working on software implementations worldwide in 2005. |

She has 18+ years IT experience with 5 years in the CRM industry. Her role includes developing strategic alliances, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and overseeing day-to-day operations. Prior to B2B Workforce, Cynthia was responsible for the global implementation of Siebel's ePharma products for an international Life Sciences integration firm. | Ray focuses on the development and growth of the SAP Practice and B2B Labs - B2B's remote development center. He possesses over 15 years of consulting, information technology, and systems integration experience within the corporate and professional services areas. His role includes developing client relationships, driving sales revenue for the firm and overseeing the SAP consultant recruitment process. Prior to joining B2B, Ray held a number of senior IT positions with The Coca-Cola Company in managing one of the largest SAP implementations in over 200 countries. Prior to The Coca-Cola Company he worked for Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Manager delivering SAP implementations services throughout the West Coast of the US and Great Britain. Ray is an alumnus of Trenton State College, and is working on a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
