The 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services (STARS) GWAC is a small business set-aside contract for technology solutions. It is designed to promote small business utilization when purchasing technology solutions for the federal government.

8(a) STARS Features

Challenge

The GSA required a GWAC for various services to promote 8a and small business firms for a number of years to come. This contract would replace the 8a FAST contract.

Solution

Our team provided pricing and proposal support that specifically the functional areas. The pricing models have been structured in accordance with our team's methodology to align prices with tasks, deliverables, acceptance criteria and duration for baseline scenarios. Supporting models were included for tailoring the rates based upon various labor categories. B2B Workforce also provides labor categories based upon its GSA schedule that are to be used as a basis for various acquisition strategies.
