

Exciting Opportunities Lie Ahead for B2B Workforce Employees
On September 27, 2007 Vedior NV announced it had signed a "definitive agreement" to acquire B2B Workforce Inc. While this acquisition does mean B2B Workforce will be a subsidiary of Vedior, one of the world's largest recruitment companies, it does not mean big changes for B2B Workforce's current operations.
B2B Workforce will continue to operate under the same name. For our consultants in the field, your Resource Manager will not change and you will continue to have the same points of contact within our firm. Our branding, logo, and website will also remain the same.
Vedior already has a significant presence in the US and Canada, largely through its Sapphire brand. However, B2B's specialization in ERP and EAI/BI consulting needs fills a niche the Netherlands-based Vedior has not yet fully explored. Tex Gunning, Vedior's Chief Executive said, "B2B has a very strong reputation and a blue chip client portfolio within a highly specialized discipline. It provides a useful complement to our existing portfolio of businesses."
On the flip-side, Vedior offers B2B Workforce and our consultants a great deal of additional opportunity.
