The RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing Practice has recently been awarded a Project Hiring deal by Accenture HR Services to support Accenture's significant hiring demand at the US-VISIT (a Department of Homeland Security initiative). As an extension of the AHRS recruiting team, B2B Workforce is responsible for designing and executing candidate sourcing strategies to support the hiring of 100 employees over the course of 3 months. The project, which started on November 1st, has experienced excellent initial success as our Talent Center has sourced more than 120 candidates thus far. Skills for this project include PMO, Business Architecture and Business Transformation professionals of all levels.
The US-VISIT Project (United States Visitor and Immigrant Status Indicator Technology) is a program that was established to protect the United States and its territories from threats to national security, while facilitating legitimate trade and travel. One of the DHS's top priorities, US-VISIT provides the capability to record the movements of non-US citizens into and out of the United States, to verify the identity of incoming visitors and to confirm compliance with visa and immigration policies.

| Ray focuses on the development and growth of the SAP Practice and B2B Labs - B2B's remote development center. He possesses over 15 years of consulting, information technology, and systems integration experience within the corporate and professional services areas. His role includes developing client relationships, driving sales revenue for the firm and overseeing the SAP consultant recruitment process. Prior to joining B2B, Ray held a number of senior IT positions with The Coca-Cola Company in managing one of the largest SAP implementations in over 200 countries. Prior to The Coca-Cola Company he worked for Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Manager delivering SAP implementations services throughout the West Coast of the US and Great Britain. Ray is an alumnus of Trenton State College, and is working on a Masters Degree in Business Administration.

| Keith is responsible for the overall delivery quality as well as consultant and client satisfaction within the firm's PeopleSoft and Oracle Practices. Prior to joining B2B Workforce, Keith was an Associate Partner at Accenture. He has over 16 years of Information Technology delivery experience and over 11 years of ERP implementation experience. Throughout the last seven years, Keith has focused much of his efforts on selling and managing large, complex PeopleSoft implementations for Fortune 100 clients. He also spent a year developing and managing Accenture's PeopleSoft Delivery Centre in Melbourne, Australia.
Keith received his Bachelor of Science degrees in Operations & Systems Management and Decision Sciences from Indiana University (1988).
