How is the SAP SD market for a consultant with one year's experience, and can I get a full time job with this experience?
JR: We have two questions involving the SD module this month. I'll answer this first question, which is narrower in scope, and then move on to a broader question about the SD module. For this first question, we are considering the case of someone with a year of SD experience. The problem with a year of SD experience is that it all depends on the overall background of this person. For example, consider the case of someone who had worked in an unrelated field for a number of years, say, stock broker, and then acquired a year of SD experience. That's probably not enough to secure a full time job working in SD.
