How To Enter: It’s simple!

First: Make sure you are signed up for our Consultant Job alert program.

Please indicate your area of expertise in your email and ask to be added to the list.

Next: Forward our job messages to your friends and colleagues and remind your friend to respond to our job openings with “referred by (your name)” in the subject line.

Then: If the Referred Consultant is placed on the project you receive a referral bonus: up to $3 per hour for up to 1050 billable hours the Consultant works on the project.

The Best Part: If you make three eligible referrals between April 1st and June 30th 2006 you will be entered to win a trip for two from our Classic Collection!

We have kicked off our Q2 Referral Trip Contest. Any referrals that have become billable since April 1st can count toward this contest. Guidelines below:

1) Individual with the most referrals/leads at or above the minimum requirement of 6, that began their project between 04/01/06 and 6/30/06 receives a trip from our "Classic Collection" that includes airfare, accommodations, and ground transportation for 2 individuals valued up to $2,500.
2) Minimum of 6 referrals/leads required to qualify.
3) Referral/lead must be placed for at least 30 days before qualification of placement is considered.
4) Referral/Lead must be billable and start at the client site on the project on or after 04/01/06 and be present on the job for the 30-day minimum.
5) In the event of a tie, the projects and/or consultants referred with the most combined billable hours on the books will be declared the winner.
6) Maximum Trip Value is $2,500
7) B2B Workforce Resource Managers and Account Managers and/or family members of a B2B Workforce Resource Manager or Account Manager are not eligible to participate in the contest directly or as a guest.
8) B2B Workforce is not liable for any unforeseen problems, mishaps, etc. associated with the trip
